The Thomas Jefferson University Chapter of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society welcomes your participation in the 2009 AOA Student Research Symposium on Thursday, December 3, 2009, beginning at 08:30AM in the Lobby of the Hamilton Building.
The goal of this conference is to highlight the research endeavors of medical students as well as to offer students the opportunity to present their work to the Jefferson community. This year's keynote speaker will be the Magee Professor and Chair of the Department of Medicine, Arthur M. Feldman, M.D., Ph.D.
Selected finalists will compete for Jefferson Medical College AOA Honor Medical Society Student Investigator Awards for distinguished oral and poster presentation. Interested M.D. students and M.D., Ph.D. students are invited to submit an abstract by 5 pm on October 15 for either an oral or poster presentation to jmc.aoasympsium2009@gmail.com.
