JeffHOPE is a student organization of Jefferson Medical College and is almost entirely student-led. Each year eight directors are chosen from third-year medical students to serve as Project Director, Clinic Director or Finance Director. The bulk of JeffHOPE's organizational work is performed by eight Steering Committees chosen annually from first-year medical students. Our faculty adviser is Dr. James Plumb, an attending physician in Jefferson's Department of Family and Community medicine.
