Events
Each year the Center holds a Symposium in Translational Medicine open to all university departments. On June 5, 2008, the fourth annual symposium was held. The Plenary Lecture was given by Dr. Steve Liggett from the University of Maryland who presented his latest work on the role of adrenergic gene mutations in cardiovascular disease.
