Rajnish Mago, M.D. of the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior has been awarded the Irma Bland Award for Excellence in Teaching Residents 2011 by the American Psychiatric Association.
Rajnish Mago, M.D. of the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior has been awarded the Irma Bland Award for Excellence in Teaching Residents 2011 by the American Psychiatric Association. The award is presented annually for "outstanding and sustaining contributions to resident education in psychiatry." Last year Dr. Mago received the Nancy C.A. Roeske, M.D., Certificate of Recognition for Excellence in Medical Student Education from the same organization. Dr. Mago is currently chair of the education committees for both the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society and the Philadelphia Psychiatric Society.
