Leadership

Dr. Luebbert is the Program Director for the fellowship. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 1985. Dr. Luebbert completed his general psychiatry residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in 1988, followed by his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Hahnemann 1990.  Dr. Luebbert began his academic career at Hahnemann University School of Medicine as Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient Service in 1990, transferring to Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute in 1996 as the Director of its Child and Adolescent Inpatient Services within the Department of Psychiatry. In 1999, Dr. Luebbert became Associate Medical Director for Children’s Services at Community Behavioral Health. In 2002, he assumed the position of Medical Director for Wordsworth Human Services. In 2007, Dr. Luebbert became Division Director and Director of Fellowship Training of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry within Jefferson’s Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior, while remaining Medical Director at Wordsworth.  He is also currently the President of the Regional Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, an affiliate of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. Randall is the Assistant Director for the fellowship. She graduated Medical School from The George Washington University in 2001 and completed her residency at Duke University in 2005.  Dr. Randall went on to complete her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2007, followed by completing her fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry in 2008.
