After 42 years in practice, Dr. Frank is a Clinical Assistant Professor and the Co-Director of Medical Student Education in the Department of Urology at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Frank is the past President of both the Philadelphia Urologic Society and Pennsylvania State Urologic Association.
