Traci’s position as Technical Coordinator of Education at JUREI was an exciting change for her. After graduating from Thomas Jefferson University’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, she was a clinical sonographer for over 12 years but has always wanted to pursue a career in education. As technical coordinator, she assists with the testing at our world-wide network of affiliate centers, coordinates the visiting fellowship program and acts as a clinical instructor for JUREI courses. Her position also enables involvement in research activities and assisting with the Leading Edge conference. She is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn and Breast, as well as a Registered Vascular Technologist and Registered Radiologic Technologist. Traci is a member of both the AIUM and SDMS and one of her goals in this new position is to help to advance the field of ultrasound professionally.
