Stephen F. Hample
Media Specialist

Steve Hample has been with the Radiology department for about 12 years off and on. He started in 1991 in a part time position as a production assistant. He left JUREI for a fulltime position in Medical Media only to leave there and toured the country doing video concert production work for bands. During that time Steve continued to work intermittently with the Radiology department, never missing a Leading Edge. In 2002 he accepted the position of Media Specialist in the Department of Radiology, the position he had always wanted since he began work at Jefferson.

Steve has been in video production work for over 15 years. He is married and has 5 children. If you visit his office you'd see he is a collector of GI Joe action figures. Another hobby is his exhaustive music collection. In his spare time Steve likes to bowl, is an avid Goodwill shopper and spends "movie/date nights" with his wife or time with his kids.

Secret talent: playing the piano.

Steve's responsibilities as Media Specialist include supervising the Media Department, developing online training sessions, managing the AV for onsite courses and meetings and overseeing the DVD/videotape orders. He is also in charge of audio/video/media editing for the department.
