USCIS Fee Hikes:  Effective July 30, 2007

The following forms will change their filing fees:

I-539 Change of Status/Extension of Non-immigrant Status:  $300

I-765 Employment Authorization:  $340

I-129 Petition for Nonimmigrant worker:  $320

I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker:  $475

I-485  Application for Permanent Residence/Adjustment of Status:  $930
