NSEERS Special Registrants' Departure Instructions at Philadelphia International Airport:

• First check in with the airline, then go to Terminal A West (the new International terminal), 3rd floor.
  
• Find the Arrivals Area, where there are phones on the wall.
  
• From one of the phones, call 215-594-4100, and tell whoever picks up the phone that you need to special register.
  
• Be sure to leave yourself plenty of extra time to accomplish this
