Application Process
Thank you for
your interest regarding the residency program in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
The Association of Academic Departments of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AADO-HNS) utilizes the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University has registered with the NRMP and ERAS.
To be eligible for our program, you must register with both the NRMP and ERAS. This can be accomplished by visiting their websites, which are listed below. You will need to obtain an electronic token from your Dean's office to register for ERAS.

As of 2005, the first year of post-graduate training has been incorporated into the Otolaryngology residency. As such, your internship is guaranteed as part of the NRMP.

Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery positions starting July 1, 2007.
