 Study of a Possible New Treatment to Extend the Response to Levodopa in
Parkinson's Disease in Patients
We are part of a 76 center multinational study of a new, unique medication for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. We are seeking patients to volunteer to participate in this study.
You may qualify for this study if:
- You have typical Parkinson’s disease
- You experience periods during the day when your medicine does not work very well
- You are taking a stable dose of Parkinson medication
- You are willing to take a study medication for a 12 week period and are able to attend required office visits
- You are willing to potentially receive a placebo (inactive medication)
