Study of a Possible New Treatment to Extend the Response
to Levodopa in Parkinson's Disease in Patients

We are part of a 76 center multinational study of a new, unique medication for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. We are seeking patients to volunteer to participate in this study.

You may qualify for this study if:

  1. You have typical Parkinson’s disease
  2. You experience periods during the day when your medicine does not work very well
  3. You are taking a stable dose of Parkinson medication
  4. You are willing to take a study medication for a 12 week period and are able to attend required office visits
  5. You are willing to potentially receive a placebo (inactive medication)
