Placement of Residents (2005-2009)
Our four 2009 graduates will go on to do fellowship training in surgical pathology and GI pathology, surgical pathology and breast pathology, hematopathology & blood bank/transfusion medicine, and dermatopathology.
Of the three residents who completed our AP/CP residency training program in 2008, all completed subspecialty fellowship training (hematopathology at Thomas Jefferson University, surgical pathology with GI focus at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and forensic pathology at the New York City Medical Examiner's Office).
Of the four residents who completed our AP/CP residency training program in 2007, all completed subspecialty fellowship training (surgical pathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering, surgical pathology at M.D. Anderson, molecular pathology at Harvard/Brigham and Women's Hospital and combined surgical pathology and cytopathology at George Washington University).
Of the two residents who completed our AP/CP residency training program in 2006, all completed subspecialty fellowship training (surgical pathology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and later cytopathology at Thomas Jefferson University and cytopathology at Thomas Jefferson University).
Of the three residents who completed our AP/CP residency training program in 2005, all completed subspecialty fellowship training (surgical pathology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and later cytopathology at Thomas Jefferson University, hematopathology at Thomas Jefferson University and pediatric pathology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia).
