Additional fees totaling $400 annually will be charged for Information Technology ($200 annual) & Library ($200 annual) services.

  • Full-time students – combined fees will be billed one-half ($200) in Fall and one-half ($200) in Spring semesters.

  • Part-time students – combined fees will be billed based on total credits enrolled in each semester.

    — $132 combined fees, if enrolled for 9 or more credits

    — $66 combined fees, if enrolled for fewer than 9 credits

Employees of Jefferson University/Hospital who are eligible for employee tuition benefits in that semester will have any additional fees waived for Information Technology & Library services.

FULL-TIME PROGRAMS - COMPREHENSIVE FEE
Students enrolled in full-time programs are billed the Comprehensive Fee according to the schedule listed below. In the undergraduate programs, the maximum number of credits allowable under the comprehensive fee is limited to the higher of 18 credits per semester or the specified upper-division course curriculum, as outlined in the College Catalog. Fees for any course credits beyond this ceiling will be billed at the per-credit rate in addition to the comprehensive fee.

Full time students will be charged an annual Information Technology Fee of $300 and a Library Fee of $200.

Part-Time Fees

Students not enrolled in a full-time program who register for fewer than 12 credits per semester or graduate health professions students who register for fewer than 9 credits per semester are billed on a per-credit basis, according to the following schedule:

Portfolio Assessment (Department of Nursing) $75 for portfolio review and $100 per credit awarded

Various services and charges, which are included in the comprehensive fee for Undergraduate full-time students, are the responsibility of part-time students. These include:

Challenge Examination Fee Upper division/professional courses $50 per credit
Lower division/general education courses $50 per credit
Laboratory/Vendor Fees $50 per course
Commons Activity Fee (optional)** TBD per year

** Includes access to recreation & activity facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, aerobics, cardio room and weight room, as well as various special social and cultural events.

Tuition & related charges may be viewed online via Banner Web. Invoices reflecting tuition and related charges will be mailed by the Office of Student Accounts. Students will not be eligible to attend classes unless all fees have been paid in full.

REFUND POLICY
A student who withdraws, who is requested to withdraw, who is dismissed for failure to maintain a satisfactory academic or clinical standard, or who is granted a leave of absence will be eligible for a refund of tuition paid in accordance with the following schedule:

Fifth week and thereafter 0%
