Evaluation and Assessment

The CRS is evaluated quarterly on knowledge, skills and professional growth. The program director meets with the resident to discuss performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses and making suggestions for improvement. Evaluations are kept on file in the coordinators office and are available for review by the resident. The resident also performs self-evaluations. Discussion with the program director will take place during one of the monthly meetings. The CRS evaluates the training program as well. This occurs through the program itself as well as the JMC GME office and the ACGME that provides an anonymous evaluation. These evaluations are used to help improve the program.

For more details, please see Policies and Procedures - Evalutions.
