A TJU or TJUH employee shall be aware of his or her obligations to TJU or TJUH in employee agreements, including Assignment of Inventions Agreement, and TJU or TJUH Patent Policy.
A TJU or TJUH employee shall not sign any legal documents, including a consulting agreement, without TJU’s or TJUH’s review and/or approval in accordance with the corresponding patent policies. A TJU or TJUH employee may risk personal responsibility if he or she signs such legal documents.
