Conflict of Interest Policy

OTT refers inventors to the Conflict of Interest Policy for information in the event an outside interest may conflict with an individual’s primary obligations as a TJU employee.  For any potential conflict of interest, such as a consulting arrangement, an inventor of a licensed TJU technology conducting the clinical trial of the technology at TJU, or a TJU inventor candidate/founder of a start-up company participating in the company’s management, OTT also advises TJU or TJUH personnel to contact their respective conflict of interest officer and committee and their department chairpersons.
