Lunch with OTT

The Office of Technology Transfer and Business Development (OTT) brings yummy lunch to visit Jefferson departments! While enjoying lunch with OTT, you will hear a brief overview of OTT’s services and have a chance to speak with the OTT team to address any questions you may have. All participants will receive a gift bag and have a chance to win a surprise prize. We look forward to seeing you there!

Savvy Innovators Seminar Series

Starting July 1st, 2010, The Office of Technology Transfer and Business Development (OTT) will be kicking off the Savvy Innovators Seminar Series, which will consist of 12 separate seminars taking place throughout the later part of 2010 and Spring of 2011.

Future speakers will be from regional biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and start-up companies, venture capital groups, and Philadelphia economic development agencies.  They will describe partnering opportunities for academic researchers and funding mechanisms, such as SBIR/STTR grants and sponsored research or outsourcing programs.  Many companies are actively seeking academic collaborators who have unique technologies, expertise, and research tools that are not available in the company’s internal R&D division.  The Savvy Innovators Seminar Series will provide a forum for industry to connect with and engage TJU’s innovators.
