Director, Facilities Design and Construction
Having served as Senior Project Manager for Jefferson since 2007, Kim was promoted to Director, Facilities Design and Construction in April 2013. As Director, Facilities Design and Construction, Kim is responsible for campus planning efforts, development of capital budgets, and the safe, efficient, and effective execution of the capital program. Prior to joining Jefferson, at the University of Pennsylvania, Kim served as a project manager for Design and Construction and was also promoted to Director of Design and Construction. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University.
