Target the tough spots with an exercise class focused exclusively on the glutes, legs, and core. This class is designed to strengthen, tone, and condition the key areas of your body!
This is a total body workout alternating cardiovascular intervals with muscle strengthening exercises. This class utilizes body bars, weights, the BOSU, physioballs, and your own body weight.
Heart-pumping cardio drills that increase speed, agility and endurance along with full-body muscle conditioning. Class will include interval training, plyo-metrics and circuit training.
CORE & MORE:
Be beach body ready with cardio training combined with a challenging abdominal workout. Core training has been shown to improve performance in all sports. All levels welcome.
DANCE PARTY BOOTCAMP:
Get ready to sweat and have some high-octane fun with Dance Party Boot Camp. This workout will supercharge your calorie burn with a nonstop mix of the hottest dance moves and boot camp conditioning. This class is designed for all ages, shapes and sizes. Get your body in motion and fire up the burn with a fast-paced dance workout that includes boot camp- inspired jumps, squats, twists and fat-blasting kicks.
FULL BODY TONING:
This class uses dumbbells and your bodyweight to help build both your muscular strength and endurance and get toned from head to toe!
A challenging cardiovascular workout that practices powerful punching, kicking, and blocking sequences for a great upper and lower body workout. This is a great way to build strength and improve coordination and will definitely make you sweat! All levels welcome!
A core training class that focuses on exercises linked to the breath. You will sculpt muscles of the trunk and hips for greater strength, balance, and stability. All levels welcome!
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that will make you sweat like never before.
These classes get riders moving, focusing on endurance, strength and intervals on the bikes. Each class will guide you through diverse routines to keep you interested and motivated. All levels are welcome!
**If you are a first time “spinner” please arrive a few minutes early to receive instructor assistance with bike set-up. **
Using a step, your bodyweight, and occasionally dumbbells, this interval training class will provide you with an intense cardio/strength workout. Tabata training involves performing an exercise for 20 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds. An entire tabata cycle is 4 minutes long.
This mind/body class focuses on movements and postures that enhance flexibility, strength and balance. A concentration on breathing helps to open the body and the mind and also promotes relaxation. All levels welcome!
