Options for High School Seniors

Plan a College Education (PACE) Program

Program Length

2 years at any accredited college or university (58 credits)
3 years at Thomas Jefferson University 

About the Program

High School students who want to assure their admission to our Occupational Therapy Program can apply to the Plan a College Education (PACE) Program in their senior year of high school.

PACE students first attend any accredited college or university of their choice for two years to complete their prerequisites and liberal arts education. Students who maintain an appropriate GPA during this time then transfer into our BSMS OT Program.

Options for College Students

Bachelor's to Master's OT Program

Program Length

2 prior years of specific prerequisite coursework (58 credits)
3 years entry-level and graduate coursework 
2 full-time Level II Fieldwork rotations (12 weeks each)

About the Program

Students seeking a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Occupation and Health and Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy can enter Thomas Jefferson University for upper-division study after completing two years of prerequisite coursework at another school.

Students are awarded a Bachelor of Science in Occupation and Health and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy concurrently upon successful completion of the program.
