Barringer, Orlowitz & Martin 2014-2015

Barringer Residence*  Barringer Residence Hall housing fees are charged monthly and due on the 1st of each month.  Residents will not receive a bill, but please be diligent in paying on time as late fees will begin to accrue on the 10th of each month. Checks made payable to Philadelphia Management Company can be dropped off in the rent drop box located at the Orlowitz front desk. Checks should include your tenant code number (which will be provided in each on campus mailbox after arrival). Students can also log onto www.rentcafe.com to make payments online or setup reoccuring payments every month.

Minimum Occupancy Policy:  One, two, three or four roommates may share an accomdation up to maximum occupancy.  For example, up to two residents of the same sex (unless married or domestic partnership and have provided proper documentation to the housing office) may share a one bedroom.  When the maximum number of occupants are assigned to an apartment, and a roommate situation changes, the remaining roommates will be required to reapportion monthly housing fees up to market rent.  Alternatively, roommate consolidation may occur if there are other persons in an on-campus space that is below minimum occupancy.**

MARTIN RESIDENCE HALL FEES BY TERM

Martin Residence*: The academic year is divided into four terms. The contract is nine months long which includes Fall and Spring Term with an option to extend through the Summer or Pre-Fall terms.  All housing fees are due at the beginning of each term and payments are posted on Banner web.

*Martin Residence Hall units are furnished community style units.

While roommate consolidation may occur, the Martin Residence Hall residents are not required to reapportion housing fees if a resident in a shared Martin space is eligible for midyear termination.
