LegalEASE Pre-paid Legal Plan

LegalEASE is a pre-paid Legal plan available to non-union regular Full Time or regular Part Time benefit eligible Jefferson employees and their families.  Services include estate planning, family law services, identity theft, financial planning and more.  The bi-weekly payroll contribution for this benefit is $6.30, which is deducted on an after-tax basis.  Click here for a LegalEASE brochure for more information. 

Enrollment Process

Enrollment in LegalEASE is available through Benefits Plus, Jefferson’s online voluntary benefits program. Current employees may enroll during annual Open Enrollment for coverage the following year effective January 1st.  New employees may enroll in LegalEASE on their first day of employment up until 30 days from their date of hire. Once you are enrolled, coverage will remain in place from year to year unless changed during annual Open Enrollment to drop coverage effective January 1st of the following year. For questions, please call Benefits Plus Customer Care at (855) 515-5800.
