IT Services Overview

Jeff IT partners with its clients in a distributed support model to assist them in their effective use of IT technology. The Client Services group is the primary support organization of Jeff IT, providing support services for users of desktop computers, PDAs, and communications.

The Altiris Service Desk serves as the central point of support for users with questions or problems. For IT support please place a service request or call 3-7600 to contact the Service Desk.
