Project Teams

IS&T created three organizational bodies to oversee the data center and disaster recovery move.

Planning Team

The Planning Team consisted of a high-level, internal IS&T group that met monthly to check progress, review budgets, go over scheduling adjustments, discuss dependencies or barriers to success, and raise issues affecting the overall project plan.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee consisted of top managers from IS&T and key stakeholder areas.

Implementation Team

The Implementation Team consisted of IS&T operations, client support and the key user group areas.
