For questions or issues that go beyond a simple question, the Service Desk provides consulting services through its support staff and Client Solutions Analysts.  These individuals will research and follow through on more complex requests, often referring them to other groups or experts within IS&T.

If you need advice or recommendations for new implementations, please submit a Service Request. You are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request. A representative of IS&T will meet with you to assist in planning a successful implementation for your department. IS&T's client services specialists will research your needs to determine the viability of your implementation. They will also work with your vendors in order to facilitate your departmental goals. It is highly recommended that you discuss your future IT needs with IS&T during the early planning stages. This will allow IS&T to be more effective in helping your implementation succeed.
