Getting Help: Students

To book an appointment to have a member of the IS&T Service Desk help you configure wireless access on your PC, call (215) 503-7600. You will need to bring your computer to the Student Support Center located on campus on the twentieth floor of the Edison Building, at 130 North 9th Street.

For wireless problems, please call (215) 503-7600 to talk to a member of the IS&T Service Desk. If your problem cannot be resolved on the phone, an appointment will be set to bring your computer to the Student Support Center.

For problems with your Campus Key password, visit Forgot/Reset Password under IS&T Self-Service Forms.

*Please note, IS&T does not provide repair services for student PCs, but can often suggest local repair or service vendors.
