Address Update

We require that you provide both your Home/Permanent address and your Local (Philadelphia area) address.

You may enter this information on-line via Banner Web by following the steps:

  • Go to the following Web site:  https://banner.jefferson.edu
  • Click on the blue "JMC Banner Logon" button
  • Enter your Campus Key in the "Campus Key" box (if you don’t know it, click on the Campus Key Lookup link)
  • Enter your Campus Key Password in the "Campus Password" box (if you don’t know it, click on the Forgot your Password? link)
  • Click the "LOGON" button
  • The system will prompt you to change your PIN number. Enter your original PIN as requested and enter your new choice of PIN. PINs must be six numeric characters. Click "Submit"
  • Once you change your PIN, the next screen will ask you to provide a hint question and answer in the event you forget your PIN and need to have it sent to you. Enter a question and answer that only you know the answer to, but do not make it overly difficult. If needed, your response must exactly match the answer you provide. Click "Submit"
  • Read the Terms of Usage and click "Continue"
  • Click "Personal Information"
  • Click the fourth option, "Update Addresses and Phones"
  • Select "Home/Permanent" from the address selection drop down box and click "Submit"
  • Enter all requested information and click "Submit"
  • You are taken back to the address change screen. Select "Local" from the address selection drop down box and click "Submit"
  • Enter all requested information and click "Submit"
  • When finished, click on the Exit Icon (X in a circle) at the top of the screen under "Thomas Jefferson University" to log out of Banner Web.
