Many of the JeffHOPE clinics operate within or alongside other organizations dedicated to housing and serving the indigent and homeless populations in Philadelphia.
Since the first Sunday breakfast was served in 1878, Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission has strived to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of Philadelphia's homeless and disadvantaged people by providing emergency food and shelter, youth and family services, prison and jail outreach, rehabilitation, and specialized programs for the mentally ill, the elderly, the urban poor and street youth. In order to meet the basic medical needs of its clients, one of SBRM's current organizational goals is to establish a medical clinic within the facility.
ACTS Recovery House - The mission of ACTS is twofold: 1) to provide a safe, clean and drug free environment. 2) To improve the quality of life for women in the area of sobriety, education, employment, spiritual awareness, housing, reunification with children and family, supportive programming and community service.
