Lawrence D. Ward, MD, MPH, FACP
Vice Chairman for Clinical Practice & Quality
Dr. Ward is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. He is a general internist and clinical hypertension specialist. He completed his Masters of Public Health degree at the George Washington University, his MD at Jefferson Medical College and completed residency and a General Internal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Dr. Ward is the Vice-Chairman for Clinical Practice and Quality in the Department of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. In that role, he develops innovative practice designs and continuous quality improvement for the Department. Email: Lawrence.ward@jefferson.edu

Senior Quality Coordinator
Ms. Reynolds is the Senior Quality Coordinator for the Department of Medicine. In that role, she is the staff liaison to the DOM Quality Committee, working with committee members to implement quality improvement programs across the divisions of the DOM. She is also responsible for application and implementation of Patient-Centered Medical Home and Patient Centered Specialty Practice recognition programs. In addition, Ms. Reynolds chairs the Practice & Quality Roundtable, a gathering of practice staff across the DOM to complement the efforts of the Quality Committee.
