Education & Training

Dr. Weinstein attended Lafayette College and graduated cum laude in 1990 with a bachelor of science degree in biology. In 1994, he received his degree in medicine from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his surgical residency and surgical critical care fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), where he joined the staff in the department of surgery. He is currently enrolled in a combined master of bioethics and master of public health program at the University of Pennsylvania.
