Dean of Jefferson School of Population Health Honored by America-Israel Chamber of Commerce
Philadelphia, PA — Dr. David Nash, dean of Jefferson School of Population Health, Thomas Jefferson University, was recently honored by the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) as one of four regional healthcare leaders recognized for his achievements in health-related collaborations between Israel and the Philadelphia region.
The award was presented at a kick-off event for the US-Israel Healthcare Information Technology Conference, which was held the next day and brought together representatives from Israel's healthcare industry with regional stakeholders to explore opportunities for strategic partnership and investment.
Says AICC president Beth Cohen, "We are proud to honor the individuals who have played transformative roles in the advancement of healthcare collaborations between the Greater Philadelphia region and Israel."
Dr. Nash, as founding dean of Jefferson School of Population Health, was noted by the AICC for launching global initiatives to promote innovative healthcare policy and leadership.
