Thomas Jefferson University Holds Commencement for Class of 2014
Alex Gorsky, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Johnson & Johnson will address Jefferson Medical College, Jefferson Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Jefferson School of Population Health graduating classes
PHILADELPHIA— Thomas Jefferson University will hold its 190th Annual Commencement to graduate students from Jefferson Medical College, Jefferson Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Jefferson School of Population Health on Thursday, May 29th at 10:30 a.m., at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia.
Guest speaker Alex Gorsky is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Johnson & Johnson, the seventh person to serve as Chairman and CEO of Johnson & Johnson since the Company went public in 1944. Following graduation from the United States Military Academy, Gorsky joined the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. After a six-year military career, he joined Johnson & Johnson as a sales representative in 1988.
