Continuing Pharmacy Education Programs

Course Desciption

Jefferson School of Population Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  The following knowledge-based CPE Courses have been developed in conjunction with The Jefferson School of Population Health and Department of Pharmacy of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Method & Format

Each online course consists of audio and slides, and a post-test with an activity evaluation tool. Participants should claim continuing education credit for this internet-based educational activity only if they have not claimed credit for the live activity. Participants must view the entire presentation, complete the activity post-test and course evaluation to receive continuing pharmacy education credit. A minimum score of 70% is required on the test for credit to be awarded.  The estimated time to complete this activity is 1 hour. There is a fee of $15.00 per course.

Target Audience

This continuing pharmacy education activity was planned to meet the needs of pharmacists in a variety of practice settings, including large and small health systems, managed-care organizations, and academia.

To purchase and complete one of the ACPE-approved Pharmacy CEU programs:

  1. Click on the purchase link corresponding to the program you would like to enroll in.  You will leave the JSPH website and be redirected to an online site where you will create your learner profile.
  2. Follow the on-screen registration instructions to create a new account.
  3. Upon creating your new account, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click the link and you will be taken directly to the program you selected. Note: if you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
  4. Complete the payment process and you will be granted immediate access to the CEU program.
