As the Assistant Provost of Student Affairs, Jennifer Fogerty, MSEd, plans and implements institution-wide student affairs initiatives, including the development and review of all policies, procedures and intervention teams related to students that are common across the colleges. This includes the development and oversight of Academic Support Services for students, consisting of one-on-one consultations, collaborations with academic programs and workshops. She also ensures that qualified students with disabilities are provided access to all programs and arranges, in collaboration with faculty and staff, for the provision of reasonable accommodations. She oversees Title IX policies and programming to ensure compliance with federal requirements under Title IX, and serves as the Title IX coordinator for the Jefferson Colleges.
