Tips for Better Service
In order to help control costs for each College and College, and to get the most efficient and responsive service, please note the following:
- Place your requests as far in advance as possible. To guarantee the availability of equipment and technicians, we must receive your request at least 24 hours prior to your event.
- Please let us know if your needs change or if your class will not meet as previously scheduled. All room reservations and AV requests not cancelled at least 24 hours
prior to the event will be charged to the requesting department.
- Plan your class needs and request only the equipment and services that you need for each session.
- Please let us know if you need Internet or University network connectivity.
- Please let us know if you need audio playback from the computer, as additional
cables and equipment may be needed.
