Conflicts of Interest Program
Corporate Compliance Administration within the Office
of University Counsel administers the Conflicts of Interest
Program at Thomas Jefferson University. Under this policy,
faculty, administrators and key personnel are required to
review the University Policy and disclose any actual or potential
conflicts of interest on an annual basis. Each year, all covered individuals
will receive a packet of materials related to this program.

Each covered individual is required to read the above materials
and complete the annual certification of compliance. The certification
should be returned to the Conflicts of Interest Officer
