Misconduct or violation of regulations hurts everyone. That's why we have formalized our guidelines into a Corporate Compliance Program for all employees, students, agents and contractors. We initiated the Compliance Program to help ensure that business is always conducted with highest regard to ethical and legal standards.

A key element to the Compliance Program is our confidential telephone service called ComplyLine. Implemented by the Compliance Department as a resource, ComplyLine lets you voice your concern over any work-related situation that may conflict with our commitment to excellence or to report misconduct that could give rise to legal liability if not corrected. If you see or experience potential misconduct, including inappropriate business practices, we encourage you to first communicate the problem to an appropriate dean, your immediate supervisor, the Human Resources Office or a high-level manager.
