She graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1986, Magna Cum Laude, where she was Executor Editor of the Temple Law Quarterly. Ms. Hanley is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Hanley joined the Office of University Counsel in 1999 after a litigation practice. She provides legal support of a diverse nature to the University.
