Primary Clients Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson University Physicians Concentration Real Estate and Leasing Construction and Design Contracts Commercial Agreements Trusts and Estate Matters Professional Services Agreements Ms. Hanley serves as the legal advisor in the Office of University Counsel regarding real estate, design and construction, charitable giving, and commercial and professional contracting. She received her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College and her law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Temple Law Quarterly. Ms. Hanley is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She joined TJU in 1999 after a commercial litigation practice.
