Application Information
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 1, 2008
The Urology Department is utilizing ERAS (Electronic Residency
Application Service) for the application process. If you
are interested in applying to our program, please contact
your medical Dean's Office for your ERAS information and
application packet or visit the ERAS web site for more information.
If you are an international medical graduate, please contact
your local ECFMG or more information on ERAS
Your application and supporting documentation (with the
exception of the Dean's letter) must be received by our office
through ERAS no later than Friday, October 1, 2008 . Applications
received through ERAS, after this date, will not be considered
for our program. Items required for the ERAS application
include:
- Transcript from your medical school
- Three letters of recommendation
- Dean's letter
- Board Scores: Step 1 (2 and 3, if available)
- Personal Statement - ERAS
- One photograph - mandatory
INTERVIEWS
Unfortunately, we are unable to interview all the candidates and interviews
are scheduled by invitation only. Interview dates will be posted when finalized and are typically held in late November/early December. Invitees will be notified
via e-mail with a confirmation letter to follow. Thank you for your
