JSN Assistant Professor Earns First Place for Research at Nursing Conference

David Jack, PhD, RN, CPN, CNE, Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson School of Nursing, took first place in the research category at the National Pediatric Nursing Conference held in Philadelphia July 16-18.

The poster topic, “Investigation of the Effectiveness of a Violence Prevention Program on Reducing Self-Reported Acts of Aggressive Behaviors in Kindergarten-Aged Children,” was based on the research that Dr. Jack did for his dissertation. The research award is in recognition of educating colleagues regarding aggression and violence in young children.
