The Jefferson-Independence Blue Cross Wellness Center is TJU's fitness and recreation facility, located in the lower levels of
Jefferson Alumni Hall. The Jefferson-Independence Blue Cross Wellness Center offers a cardio room, weight room, gymnasium,
swimming pool, racquetball court, group exercise and spinning studios, men's and
women's locker rooms, and a dry heat sauna.
Full-time staff are available to provide exercise prescriptions, equipment instruction
and fitness assessments. Personal fitness training services are available at an additional fee.
