Lindsay Bodin has worked in construction management, real estate development, property management, architecture, and consulting. Most recently, she was the Lead Construction Manager for Insomnia Cookies championing store design, permitting, and construction across the country that added over 30 locations to their portfolio. Lindsay remains on a journey to help commercial corridors thrive, spending her dollars to support the local economy. She has contributed her time to non-profit leadership as the co-chair of ULI Philadelphia's Young Leaders Council, the Vice Chair of the board for the East Falls Development Corporation, and as membership coordinator for the Rail Park. 

Previously, she worked for AthenianRazak, a real estate development, consulting, and management company in Philadelphia.  Lindsay worked on the development of the 47,000sf Ruby Match Factory in Camden, NJ. She also managed two green facilities for Penn State University in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Additionally, she was Receivership Manager to stabilize multiple commercial properties and increase their value while generating equitable outcomes for tenants through lease negotiations. Lindsay began her career in New York City as a code specialist and guided developers and architects through entitlements for dozens of projects including a 52-story mixed use property.

She holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Jefferson (when it was Philadelphia University) and she is currently a stay-at-home-parent taking a career hiatus.
