Meet our Faculty 

Dr. Rahschulte has over two decades of experience which started in corporate finance as a treasury analyst for the multi-billion dollar SLF Corporation. He successfully managed dozens of bond indentures and average daily investments of $200 million. With a knack for market forecasting, strategic planning, and leading teams, he moved into management consulting, helping hospitals merge into healthcare systems to leverage economies of scale for cost efficiency and best practices to optimize patient care and service quality. He later helped launch a venture-funded technology start-up, went into teaching, and supporting Oregon government where he served as a business transformation architect responsible for planning and leading statewide change initiatives. Dr. Raschulte established project management offices for a number of government agencies, created the State of Oregon’s Process Center of Excellence’s Project Management Community of Practice, and helped governor transition teams with performance management initiatives. He left state government to serve as the Chief Learning Officer at Evanta (a CEB company) where he designed, developed, and launched the Professional Development Academy. Currently, Dr. Raschulte is a full professor of business at George Fox University and the chief content officer at the Healthcare Innovation Forum.

Dr. Raschulte research focuses on topics of leadership, teams, project and program management, and human resource development. He is co-author of My Best Advice: Proven Rules for Effective Leadership, Projects Without Boundaries: Successfully Leading Teams and Managing Projects in a Virtual World, Program Management for Improved Business Results and Leading Global Project Teams, a contributing author of Distributed Team Collaboration in Organizations, has authored dozens of peer-reviewed academic articles, and has been an invited lecturer across the U.S. and outside the U.S. in Oxford, Shanghai, Beijing, and Athens. 

Mr. Sagar is a passionate and value-driven industrial engineer with a practical understanding of the business’s operational needs. Highly effective at incorporating creative organizational, management, and leadership skills to achieve business objectives. He is experienced in management consulting, business operations, and information & technology organizations for healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and telecommunication industries. 

Sagar is currently working for Dell Technologies as a Systems Engineer in the Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS) organization, supporting healthcare organizations in designing the file and object storage architectures. Before joining Dell Technologies, he worked for Grant Thornton as an Advisory Management Consultant, where he supported Johnson & Johnson (J&J) as a program manager. Before Grant Thornton, Sagar worked for Comcast NBC Universal, L’Oréal, and Roche Molecular Systems as a Project Manager/Process Engineer. 

He is currently working on his dissertation in the Doctor of Management degree in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University.  He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

As a Master Corporate Executive Coach and Vice President & Talent Development Practice Leader with CCI Consulting, Dr. Johnston brings over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience as a recognized leader, coach, mentor, and developer of top talent. She operates a robust organizational consulting and executive coaching practice that serves executive clients in healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, professional services and finance.  She has been involved in start-ups and turn-arounds, championed employee engagement and change initiatives, and is known for her cultural competency and thinking in systems.

Dr. Johnston holds her Doctorate in Management with a focus on strategic leadership and organizational complexity.  In addition to a MS in Organizational Dynamics she also holds an MA in Sociology, is an active member of the Graduate Associate for Education in Coaching (GSAEC), the Association for Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and its MEECO Leadership Institute, International Coach Federation (ICF) of Philadelphia and the Organizational Development Network (ODN). 

Dr. Keene joined Jefferson in December 2021 as the inaugural Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and also serves as the Program Director and Advisor for the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program. She started her career as a high school English teacher and transitioned into higher education in 2012, joining Drexel University and serving in multiple positions over her 8-year tenure with the university, with a focus on faculty development, curriculum design, student advisement, and program accreditation. During her tenure, she was received the Provost’s Award for Innovation in Academic Advising and was a three-time nominee for the Staff Excellence Award. Most recently, Dr. Keene served as the Director of Graduate Studies at Delaware Valley University, overseeing student recruitment and advisement, developing new graduate certificate programs, serving as the Interim Director of the MBA program and on the University's Middle States Accreditation Committee.

Dr. Keene holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and English from La Salle University, her Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Drexel University, and her Doctorate in Education from Temple University.  Her research interests and professional focus center largely on increasing access and support at the graduate level for those that identify as first-generation college students, working adults, career changers, and any student who may have once thought a graduate degree was out of reach.
