Adaeze joined the JCPH team after receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2022. Adaeze is a Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Medical Access Fellow with JCPH and Novartis Pharmaceutical Corporation. Adaeze will spend the first year of her fellowshp at JCPH and the second year at Novartis working with the HEOR team. While at JCPH, Adaeze leads and assists  in multiple research projects, while also earning her Master's degree in Applied Health Economics & Outcomes Research. 

Prior to joining JCPH, Adaeze worked in multiple settings such as retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and the pharmaceutical industry. She also contributed to multiple HEOR related research projects while in pharmacy school. Her interest in HEOR stems from her background in public health science and passion for improve patient outcomes. Through the JCPH Fellowship, she hopes to gain foundational and advanced skills in HEOR competencies in order to improve patient outcomes and access.
