David Glatter, MBA

David joined Thomas Jefferson University in 2005 as the Administrator for the Department of Health Policy, three years prior to the Department’s transformation to the College of Population Health.  His responsibilities include College finances, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and serving as the JCPH liaison with Human Resources, Academic Finance, Office of Research Administration, and the Office of Legal Affairs.  He also serves on the College’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.  Prior to coming to Jefferson, David worked in medical practice management at Temple and Hahnemann Universities.

David holds a BA in Science from Penn State University, and an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
