We are proud to offer our LEAD alumni the opportunity to participate as a LEAD Scholar. The LEAD Scholars’ experience commences at the beginning of each Fall semester and lasts the duration. The program is a self-designed leadership project coached by the Leadership Team Chair. LEAD Scholars identify a campus or community issue. Following research, they propose actionable solutions and implementation strategies to the administrative leadership.
