CLEP Exam
Thomas Jefferson University awards college credits to students who take the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams and who achieve a minimum score of 50 on the specific area tests. Only those exams that apply to a student’s area of study will be awarded credit. Because Thomas Jefferson University policy prohibits students from receiving credit for the same course twice, credit achieved through coursework and appearing on a college transcript, will be prioritized for credit over the same CLEP exam. Once students have matriculated in the traditional day program, no further CLEP exams may be taken and awarded credit at the University.
- The exams/credits will be reviewed for credit award by admissions and the appropriate faculty.
