U.S.News & World Report is surveying physicians across the country to determine reputation scores for the U.S.News & World Report - Best Hospitals rankings.

If you're a board-certified physician working within one of the U.S. News & World Report 10 specialties, vote for Jefferson Health.

How Do I Vote?

In order to vote on this February, you have to:

  • Already have a Doximity profile that has been active since December 2018.
  • Be a board-certified physician in one of the U.S. News & World Report 10 specialties.

Eligible physicians who meet these requirements may be notified and invited to vote by mail (Doximity emails invitations to the address you designated in your profile - so be sure to check both your Jefferson and personal email addresses).

If you're an eligible physician who has not received an invite, you can log into your Doximity profile and click the banner at the top that asks for nominations.

What If I Don't Have a Doximity Profile?

If you're not a Doximity member, you may be selected to vote through invite, via email or paper mail. Be sure to keep a lookout for the survey invitation daily.

You can always register for a Doximity profile for the ability to participate in upcoming surveys in which you may be eligible.

Early in 2019 U.S.News & World Report will again survey board-certified physicians in its ranked specialties to determine reputation scores that will influence the publication’s Best Hospitals 2019-20 rankings.

Your votes in 2018 contributed to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s success in achieving its current ranking.

Voting will take place on the social media platform. Physicians who are board certified physicians in the specialties U.S. News & World Report ranks and who are registered on are eligible and will have an opportunity to vote. 

If you are not yet registered on please claim your profile by the end of November so you can cast a vote when the survey opens in early 2019.
