Through Handshake, an online recruiting platform, you can list job openings and view resumes posted by our students and alumni from the Jefferson Colleges of Health Professions, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Population Health, as well as the Jefferson College of Life Sciences.

Step 1: Go to Join Handshake, sign up as an Employer, and complete your profile request.

Step 2: The Center for Career Success staff manually reviews and approves account request. (Please allow one business day to receive your username and password to use the system. (Caution: This message sometimes goes to recipients’ junk folders—please be sure to check there, just in case.)

Step 3: Log into Handshake. Follow the steps to complete your profile, list your open positions, access public candidate resumes, and register for on-campus career fairs.
